When the L-shape wins

A corner/L-shaped desk earns its keep when you have an unused corner and you want two working surfaces — a main screen straight ahead and an ell for a second monitor, paperwork, or a laptop off to the side. It converts the least useful floor in the room (the corner) into desk space, which in a small room is close to free real estate. When a rectangular desk wins
